Cameron shared an Instagram video message of encouragement to followers dealing with negative emotions, depression, and spiritual darkness.

“Sometimes we can get overwhelmed with feelings, feelings that might be loneliness, shame, regret, worry, anxiety, depression, darkness,” she said. “You need to rebuke those spirits. You need to tell them to get out because they don’t have a hold on you.”

The popular “Fuller House” star – visibly emotional in her message – told her 5 million + followers to take authority, reiterating a message of encouragement that she has had to tell herself recently.

“They don’t have a hold on me because I belong to God the Father. So do you!” said the mother of three. “He’s with you at all times. He goes before you. He stands with you. He goes behind you. He covers you in protection.”

“Tell any evil spirits to get out because they don’t get to have a hold on you,” Cameron Bure stated. “Open up the windows. Let the light come in. Put on your praise and worship music and fill your room with the Holy Spirit because God changes everything and He loves you. He’s with you,” she concluded.

The outspoken Christian actress has not shied away from talking publicly about previous battles with attacks of doubt, depression, and spiritual anxiety, and has written several books on her faith and personal experiences.

In recent years, Cameron Bure has been engaged in her work in Hallmark Channel’s original movies, has been a co-host on the talk show “The View,” and has competed on the reality competition series “Dancing with the Stars.” She is also well known for her conservative political views and has been involved in advocacy work related to family values and Christian principles.
