You never know what tomorrow holds, so take time today to let your friends and family know you care. Yes, yes, go on your adventures, and “find yourself,” but don’t forget the ones who helped shape you into who you are becoming. Call your mom! Text your brother! Saying NO sometimes.

Everyone wants to make a good impression, and it’s easy to take on just one more little project, or stay out a little too late. Eventually those little projects take over your free time, and you do start to miss that sleep, and it all gets to be too much. Know your limits. It’s all well and good to take on some extra work to impress the boss, but don’t get pushed into something that isn’t sustainable. It’s fine to have a few late nights with friends on the occasion. But when these things become a habit, and you prioritize everything else over some solitude? Then you will have a problem. Take some time for yourself, clear some things off your plate, and then you will have enough time to really invest in the things that matter.
