Route 66 – A Road Trip Through The Bible

It’s “serious messages through silly videos,” for Pastor Bruce Wersen. The former UCLA film school student and current pastor at His Place Community Church, in Burlington, Washington, is bringing the Bible to the big and small screens with his series Route 66 – Road Trip Through The Bible. The show is a series of short films–each one based on one of the 66 books of the Bible. In the series, Bruce plays a “curious traveler” who picks up main characters from the Bible that are “hitchhiking” on the infamous Route 66 Highway.
