Church Cat Replaces Baby Jesus In The Manger

There’s only space for one baby in the manger, and it’s not Jesus!

If you have a cat of your own, you already know that they lead by one principle and one principle only: If I fits, I sits!

Now, the cat in this story has pushed that all the way to its logical extreme, and we are absolutely dying of laughter. They did not even care if they actually fit. This cat simply evicted the existing person from their seat and kept it moving.

When this local kitty was in need of a place to nap, they found the most obvious location. Just wait until you see who got kicked out of their bed to make room for them, though!

Katt Bottley is the one who shared this and her tweet has gotten a lot of attention since she first posted it. How could anyone not laugh at what they are seeing here?

This cat does not care one iota and judging by their facial expression, they are very pleased with themselves here. “At my friend’s church, the church cat has evicted the baby Jesus from the manger #JoyToTheWorld,” she tweeted. As it turns out, this cat is well known at this church and no one is too surprised by his behavior here.

He’s beloved by all of his fellow churchgoers. Hopefully, this cat apologized to baby Jesus after chucking him down on the ground. That was not a very nice thing to do, now was it?

Luckily, he is in the right place when it comes time to seek forgiveness. The church seems to be okay with his actions and they are taking it all in stride. After all, who are we to judge? If the house of the Lord has no issue with what this silly cat has done, there is certainly no reason for us to get all up in arms over it.

If you laughed as hard as we did (and you would have to be made of stone not to be chuckling right now), please be sure to share this hilarious story with your friends and loved ones. This cat deserves to have a warm place to sleep. We just hope that baby Jesus is given the chance to find a new place to rest his weary head, too.
