Born completely blind, Vicki Noratuk had never seen anything her entire life. But after being involved in a near-fatal traffic accident Vicki had a stunning experience! Vicki’s soul floated out of body and she was able to see herself on the hospital table, see the doctors trying feverishly to save her; she was able to SEE! Not only that, she was given a glimpse of heaven. Vicki was able to see such beauty and splendor before she was sent back to her body.
