Teenage Girl Saves Brother with EpiPen

Ariana Polchlopek was just in for a normal night at home. With her mother out, she and younger brother Calvin were aimlessly using their computer when the boy’s breathing became troubled. As his condition worsened, the fourteen-year-old girl from Boston remained absolutely calm, delivering a shot from his prescribed EpiPen and dialing 9-1-1. When her mother called home to check on the children, Ariana breezily said that the ambulance was there to take Calvin to the hospital. Her calm and immediate intervention saved her brother’s life!
