1st Corinthians Explained by the Bible Project!

Paul’s letters hold some wonderful instruction for those willing to do the work of studying and deciphering his messages. Sometimes Paul seems very clear on what he means, but other times it seems like he’s talking in circles and hypotheticals! This video does a wonderful job explaining how Paul’s first letter to the church at Corinth is set up as several essays, with specific arguments addressing specific issues within the church. While many of these lessons and arguments are useful for instruction, it is always important to understand context, and the author’s intended meaning – especially when it comes to scripture!
