Teenager Writes Her Dead Dad A Letter Every Year… This Year, He Responded!

Ashlynn lost her dad in 2010, and she has been writing him letters on a balloon and sending them to heaven every year on his birthday since his passing. This year, the weight of this loss seemed extra heavy, and she asked her dad for some sort of sign that everything was going to be ok. While it wasn’t the answer Ashlynn was expecting, Lisa found the letter balloon more than 400 miles away, and posted it on a facebook page she recently started called “Pay It Forward.”

Ashlynn has been receiving gifts from anonymous people, care packages, and well wishes ever since. Watch this inspiring story!
