God sees it all, so he knows what we want and need.

Jesus knows how much we are in relationship with him, and not that I want to get legalistic, but you need to know the man. Some effort is needed- Jesus doesn’t have a headset on in heaven, running a claims service Heavenly Life Insurance, LLC. So not to guilt you out of your requests, but you get the point. God loved you enough to send his son so you could be connected in a personal way to God. He further sent his Holy Spirit to guide and- the Holy Spirit is praying for you: “Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.” Romans 8:26-27

God knows so much and yet even more, even in our weakness, because I’ll confess – my walk isn’t what it could be – he sends someone to pray for us with words and expressions only God understands. The Creator, sending a part of himself to pray for his creation.

God praying to God, for you.

Are you humbled enough yet?

Friends, bring everything to him. He wants to hear your need for a parking space, and for your parent to be cured of cancer. He wants to hear your need of the job you’ve been waiting over a year for and for your friend to have the heart to forgive you.

Whatever miracle you are waiting for, he’s waiting for you to say something. Sure, God knows, we’ve seen that – but your admittance to needing him – is the most important thing we can do. What is a relationship but that we cast our cares on our friends and family – we tell them our lives, our goods and bads. God wants to hear from you. When you think about it, have you known a certain person that you know is going through something, but they act as if you don’t know why they are hurting. All you want to do is tell them, “I know you are hurting. Can I hug you? Can I just hang out? You don’t even have to tell me everything.” That’s God.

Stop looking at Him as another person you tell your problems.

He’s interested in hearing from you.

He made you.

He loves you.

He’s waiting.

Ready to listen.
