You may not have heard of Altar’d State, but they are doing some great things. With now 30 locations across the U.S., this women’s clothing store and boutique has done some serious good. They have different incentives, like Mission Mondays, where the store tithes their profits to local charities, and employees who have collectively volunteered more than 750 hours to shelters and missions.
