Anger Against A False Gospel

Pastor John Piper rages against the prosperity gospel that is preached in so many churches today. This message may be controversial for some but take a minute and really think about all that Mr. Piper is saying. Do you find yourself worshiping the gift and not the Giver? Do you expect something in return when you tithe to your church or give to charity? Remember, Jesus’ apostles gave up everything to follow Him. What were they rewarded with in their life times? Misery, persecution, and martyrdom. Jesus loves you, but He doesn’t care if you drive a BMW.
