Lisa Bowdoin was driving home from work when she lost control of her SUV on a wet, rainy road. In a head on collision with Anthony Russo’s car, both drivers were trapped as their vehicles began to flame. Lisa prayed fervently for assistance, and thought Cody and Cheri Clemmons were the answer to her prayers. But even Cody was terrified and praying for strength. As Cody pulled Lisa to safety, pure white hands clasped ahold of both, and in a burst of light, Cody and Lisa were safely outside of the crushed vehicle. Angels Catch 2-Year-Old Fallen From Window

Ethan Payne was playing with his older sister when the unthinkable happened: a window screen gave way to the two-year-old’s weight, and he plummeted to the concrete driveway below. Though concerned for her son, Ethan’s mother was calmed by a reminder of her own prayer that God’s angels would protect Ethan, and that in his life he might live up to God’s calling for him. Ethan was rushed to the hospital, where doctors and nurses seemed grim, and even with open eyes, Ethan did not obviously recognize his family around him. Even so, one-by-one the medical staff checked off long-term damage concerns – no brain damage, no spinal cord damage, no long-term effects. Ethan doesn’t remember the fall, but he does offer the most simple explanation: “angels catched me,” he says.
