Zach's unwavering sense of hope, purpose and courage even in the face of death became a touchstone for millions and an international media sensation to the point that his passing was reported on live television by Katie Couric, and his original song made into a celebrity music video. One year on, Zach's family continues to struggle with grief but look to the everyday, glorious hope that Zach left behind.
