Rex Burkhead used to play football for all the reasons you’d expect: a trophy, a yardage record, to get the girl, to win the game. But the Nebraska Cornhusker-turned-Cincinnati Bengal no longer pursues prizes that will pass, constantly after the next record, the next trophy, the next game, the next girl. What happened? Rex met Jesus. And as he turned over his life, he also gave up the greatest part of it – the sport that was his career, the desire for more, because he was finally satisfied.
