Dr. Jim Withers, a doctor from Pittsburgh, started a group called Operational Safety Net that goes out on the streets at meets the homeless people at their living spaces. An incredible Story!

They call him “The Street Doctor,” this street doctor’s name is Jim Withers. Dr. Withers and his friend Mike, who used to be homeless, started a group that goes out to the homeless and meets them at their street homes. Providing bandages, vitamins, pain medicines, splints, etc…, they go out and build relationships with the homeless. It’s not just a business to them, but much much more…a calling.
