In December 2013, WestJet made everyone’s Christmas a little merrier. Now, they’re making Father’s Day better for one Canadian family in partnership with the Ronald McDonald House. America’s fast food king has been supporting their independent charity for years, providing a home-away-from-home for families as children undergo critical medical care at regional children’s hospitals. In the case of the Grimard family of Saskatoon, this is means separation of hundreds of miles. Marc, a WestJet baggage handler, works hard to support his wife Angela and son Joel, who suffers from congenital heart failure.

They haven’t seen each other in three-and-a-half months, and Marc has no idea what’s coming next… Awesome!
