The Paradox of Christmas

Looking for a fun and festive way to tell the birth story of Christ this season? Look no further!

Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. – Isaiah 7:14

If you grew up in the church, or even if you haven’t, you’ve probably heard the birth story of Christ told and retold a hundred different ways. From Christmas pageants to Christmas hymns, and of course, the scripture that inspires both, there’s no shortage of variations of this crucial event in history.

And I love it.

I love finding new and creative ways to get this important message across to anyone and everyone. Think about it. We all have different ways of learning, from hands-on to observing, so it makes sense we’d respond differently to the message of hope and Christmas, depending on how and when we hear it.

Which brings us to today’s video. Here is yet another amazing and incredibly creative way to share the Word of the Lord this Christmas season. This video draws some amazing parallels between what Jesus left up in heaven, and what He was born into here on earth.

I love the storytelling style of this video: it’s such a great reminder of why we celebrate this season!
