We’ve seen a broad selection of talent show surprises ranging from inspirational dance to moving songs. But this one is certainly new: Italy’s production of the British-American hit The Voice puts musical talent behind four professional singers who must judge the merit of the performer by voice alone. So they didn’t know that the amazing performance of Alicia Keys “No One” was coming from the habit-wearing Sister Cristina Scuccia, a 25-year-old nun who “[has] a gift, and now [she’s] sharing it with you.” Just incredible.
