Surgery of any kind can be daunting. Plenty of people head into the operating room with ragged nerves, frazzled thoughts, and trepidation. Doreta Norris took a different approach; she decided to head into surgery while dancing.

She was scheduled for a double mastectomy at Piedmont Henry Hospital, but she wasn’t about to let fear dampen her positive attitude. On her way down the hall, she hosted a little dance party — and she invited along some of her nurses and doctors, too!

Wearing her hospital gown and cap and some snazzy socks, Doreta busts out some dance moves while another dancing nurse holds on to her IV bag for her.

Watch as the whole crew dances to “Gangnam Style” by Psy! It’s a couple minutes of tremendous joy that will definitely put a smile on your face.

(And the best part? Doreta is now cancer free. Way to go, lady!)
