Paralyzed Puppy Saved After Being Thrown Away

The adorable little puppy in this video, named Harper, was born with a very rare disorder that made her appear paralyzed. Her original owner had attempted to get rid of the puppy by throwing her in the garbage, until a saintly woman came to Harper’s rescue. The woman found the puppy and quickly gave her over to an organization that specializes in rescuing abandoned animals. What an amazing story and truly blessed little puppy!
