When Matthew Woodrum was born three months early, he was in such poor health that doctors recommended that parents sign a do-not-resuscitate order on the baby boy. Mother Anne refused, and two months later got to bring home both Matt and his twin brother Ray. Two years later, Matt was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, and his left side has remained developmentally crippled his whole life. But this eleven-year-old doesn’t let this keep him down. See his inspiring determination to complete a 400 meter dash that no one thought he could complete, but everyone knew he would in the clip below.
