Window washer, Alcides Mareno, fell 47 stories when the scaffold he dangled from collapsed. Though he suffered extensive injuries, Alcides is expected to make a full recovery. He says that only God knows when it is his time and this wasn’t his time. Sadly, the same couldn’t be said for his brother, who also fell and was killed.
