I love you. I love my mom. I love Jesus. I love baseball. I love pizza. One word, so many uses, and so many different meanings. We know we can’t love pizza the same way we love our parents, and the whisper of a boyfriend is different than the happy guffaw of best friends only now coming back together. So what does love mean? Is it just a feeling? No, it’s a verb – and to be patient, kind, not boasting, not selfish, persevering, trusting, hoping…it sounds like a lot of hard work.
