“I cannot give what I don’t have,” says Katherine. “So I only give what I have.” Katherine doesn’t have a whole lot, and part of that is precisely because she gives it away. When a widow at her home church was in need, she gave all the money she had been saving to buy a new car. With two rods in her hip, struggles to make ends at meet while working at a local Great Harvest Bread Co. location, Katherine didn’t care. It was the right thing to do. So friends and family, unbeknownst to Katherine, blessed Katherine as well. And it was beautiful.
