This Dog Is My New Hero – Through Snow, Ice, Dark and Fire, He’s a Real Life Saver!

In early 2010, Alaska State Trooper Terrence Shannigan was responding to a house fire, when he ran into a problem: in the dark Alaska night, with snow and ice all around, his GPS unit froze. He couldn’t get to the home, and people could be inside the burning building! Enter Buddy the German Shepherd. Shannigan saw a dog…and drove after this pup who bounded as quick as lightning all the way back to the house where his owner was trapped. Amazing.
