We tend to think of guide dogs for those who can’t see, but these dogs help those who have seen too much. Service dogs have so many uses, it’s really amazing. Our veterans coming home face a lot of difficulties transiting back into civilian life and some require a service dog to help them physically and emotionally.

Animals are some of our best companions, from horses that help veterans acclimate to home to the most elite dogs in the world. Truly, though, what makes dogs man’s best friends is what they do for our spirit. Our canine companions help out the blind; their noses help find both the lost and the dangerous. But it’s really their love that helps our military men and women recover. You’ll see what I mean when you watch the video below…
