When the economy went into recession, Dawn and Reggie moved to California in the hopes of finding work. But there were no jobs, and back home, family had sold the house to make ends meet, leaving Dawn and Reggie nowhere to go. With little girl Heavynne, the homeless pair have bounced between street and shelter, constantly looking for work. That’s where Give Back Films comes in.
