A Utah Police Officer And A 2-Year-Old Girl Form An Unlikely Bond

Jose Moncayo had a dilemma when he had to attend traffic court but could not bring his 2-year old daughter Abisai into the courtroom for procedural reasons. Officer Kevin Norris of the Orem Police Department volunteered to take care of her while her father attended court. To keep the little one occupied, Norris took her for a walk and showed her cartoons on his cellphone. On returning from court, Moncayo was greeted by the adorable sight of his little daughter snuggled up to Officer Norris, fast asleep on his lap.

Office Norris is not the only cop who is helping to improve police public relations. These cops are handing out pizza to encourage law-abiding behavior.
