The one who has the bride is the bridegroom. The friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly at the bridegroom’s voice. Therefore this joy of mine is now complete. He must increase, but I must decrease. John 3:29-30

What do you pursue in your daily life? Fortune, fame, just a comfortable life where there’s no stress over money, romance? I don’t know, it’s not something I usually think about, really – but if I’m honest, I know what I’m not pursuing: the God who made me, His mercy, grace and fulfillment of glory in me.
