Why Does Bob Carey Wear a Pink Tutu? You’ll Be So Touched by His Story

Bob Carey was asked along with other professional photographers to shoot an image of what ballet actually is. Bob is no art critic, and the thing that immediately jumped to mind was the staple performance dress of ballerinas. And so began a strange journey of one man and a pink tutu. When Bob’s wife was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer, she began to take Bob’s pictures into chemo and radiation treatments, sharing them with other patients in the oncology ward.
