Since Jesus Fulfilled The Law, Do We Still Have To Obey It?

For the one who loves another has fulfilled the law. – Romans 13:8

We know about the ten commandments, but those were not the only rules given to the Israelites. In total, there were 613 laws for God’s people to obey. I love the way The Bible Project seeks to tell the entire story of the Bible, and this video is no different. The law isn’t just a list of do’s and don’ts, it’s a whole story of a few laws being presented, and Israel breaking the laws, and then more laws are given, and they too are broken. And this goes on and on so that we can see the bigger picture – no amount of laws and rules will change our hearts. We need a savior.
